Let me kick off my own discussion. I would kick off anyONE who is over 50 and begin some serious scouting around for local talent. I would strive to operate a fair party instead of these private and exclusive clubs where you have to be related to someone to get in. That is the current trend and people need to wake up and smell the roses.
